• Performs variety of activities in support of functional areas for a specific project / business / technical unit;
• Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources;
• Compiles, reviews and analyzes data. Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. May design processes to enhance work flow;
• Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures. Specifically, under moderate supervision;
• Performs data entry of source documents into a computer database. Performs duties as required;
• Analyzes and researches data issues identified by service members, universities, and military education officers to determine what actions need to be taken to resolve any issues and maintains the integrity of the database;
• Analyzes and researches data issues to determine eligibility for inclusion on the Joint Services Transcript (JST) that includes but is not limited to certifications, military training and occupations.

• High School diploma or equivalent  is required;
• Two (2) years of industry accepted Information Technology (IT) experience is required.  Formal specialized IT training beyond high school may be substituted on the basis of one month of training for each month of general experience, not to exceed six (6) months;
• DoD-issued Secret Security Clearance is required;
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CompTIA A+ CE certification within six (6) months of hire date;
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 2010/2016;
• Ability to analyze and input data into Joint Services Transcript System (JST) is a must.
