Overview

GBSI is seeking an Information Technology (IT) professional for the role of Systems Administrator - Accounts Processor in Pensacola, FL who will document, establish, and maintain user accounts for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Acropolis program.

Responsibilities
  • Works with users and customers to help get all DD2875 form filled out properly;
  • Routes all DD2875s through proper channels, ensures DISA security manager approval, ensures information owner as well as trusted agent approval, ensures OPS and PM approvals and works with Centaur Ops admin groups to build proper accounts that conform to IA requirements and least-privileged standards;
  • Provides reports upon request of the Government related to accounts status including locked accounts, active account, and access granted and listing all users with administrative access to Acropolis systems;
  • Maintains 100% control of any classified material/information;
  • Manages user account process for DISA Centaur Operations;
  • Maintains excellent verbal and email communication skills to work with end users and ensures account applications are completed and submitted accurately and per DoD policies;
  • Follows proper procedures to manage workflow of each request to obtain approval from proper authorities, trusted agents, security managers, and other stakeholders;
  • Follows security principles of need to know and least privilege to ensure every user account is granted access only to systems authorized for that specific user;
  • Accurately tracks account deletions whenever access is revoked for a user;
  • Works with management tracking system (Remedy) to process update and complete accounts tickets;
  • Organizes, tracks, and archives various documentation items using Microsoft Office tools and SharePoint environments;
  • Complies with FISMA, NIST, RMF and other DISA standards and guidelines as required by the Government;
  • Performs monthly audit reviews of the organization's Simple Key Loader (SKL) device/s and all associated COMSEC documentation;
  • Reviews SKL audit logs and documentation to ensure all transactions and keys are properly documented and accounted for.
Qualifications
  • Associates degree or equivalent in a technical field;
  • Two (2) to Five (5) years of systems administration experience;
  • DoD-issued Secret Security Clearance is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a T/S clearance;
  • Required to have and maintain current certification(s) for IAT Level II (GSEC, Security+, or SSCP) in compliance with DoD Directive 8570.1-M;
  • Must be highly organized and able to keep track of thousands of accounts and associated forms, documentation, and details with 100% accuracy;
  • Ability to multitask and handle many concurrent incoming requests for accounts, statuses, questions, and changes, with each at various stages in the process;
  • Highly proficient in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint;
  • Must be familiar with DoD information assurance requirements and procedures for handling classified material;
  • Familiar with DoD DD2875 forms processing.
