Overview

GBSI is seeking an Information Technology (IT) professional for the role of Customer Service/ Training Specialist NTMPS/ADE in Pensacola, FL to respond to NTMPS/ADE help desk calls, provide customers service, and develop/conduct training for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provides program administrative support to include meeting arrangements, produce presentations/briefs, and minute dictation.
  • Manages the customer support email account and answers/fields help desk calls to provide customer support regarding business intelligence (BI) tool access or data requirements.  
  • Develops and maintains local BI user guides and training tools to support customer’s needs.  
  • Provides customer support and training to users to access and manage their BI accounts, folders, and reports.
  • Demonstrates high acumen for superb customer service with an astute attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Qualifications
  • DoD-issued Secret Security Clearance is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
  • Four years of industry accepted Information Technology (IT) experience is required.
  • Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Understanding of Navy Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education (MPTE) processes and data sources,Experience with IBM Cognos, SAP Business Objects or other BI tools
