Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Integrator and Logistics professional to support the Aviation & Missile Center (AvMC).  This position provides dual-hatted support to the G-4 Logistics, Property, and Fleet Management team as a primary focus area, while also supporting the G-6 Business and Digital Transformation initiative where enterprise integration is essential. This unique, matrixed role requires a professional capable of integrating enterprise level process improvements with deep logistics expertise, ensuring cohesive alignment and operational effectiveness across multiple functional areas.  The ideal candidate should be capable of mapping and analyzing end-to-end logistics workflows, including property accountability, fleet dispatch and utilization, material movement, inventory management, and broader supply-chain coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Supports the modernization of property accountability, fleet operations, supply processes, and material movement by improving enterprise logistics workflows, coordinating across directorates, and supporting compliance with applicable DoD and Army logistics regulations;
  • Assists with aligning and standardizing enterprise processes, data structures, and system workflows while providing the G-4 office with critical logistics expertise;
  • Directs, develops and performs logistics management operations that involve planning, coordinating, or evaluating logistical actions that support a specified mission or designated program;
  • Performs periodic independent systems evaluations and develops recommendations for system improvements after performing thorough studies and analysis;
  • Schedules and monitors funding milestone to include adequacy and timeliness;
  • Monitors both organizational and contractor compliance relevant to milestone and system performance criteria;
  • Collaborates and plans with various appropriate personnel to coordinate and/or integrate operations;
  • Responsible for planning, managing and coordinating total cradle-to-grave life cycle logistics for an assigned system or subsystem, integrating separate functions of supply, maintenance, procurement and quality assurance of logistics activities;
  • Gathers facts and develops appropriate solutions to problems that require attention due to their critical nature;
  • Managed vendors and suppliers to support the supply chain. 
  • Maintains and updates multiple high-volume data resources in both paper and electronic forms;
  • Partners and utilizes a harmonious partnership with the public and private sector;
  • Researches and identifies capabilities of historical data for loss prevention and accountability;
  • Responsible for gathering requirements and preparing cost estimates to support mission requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience is required;
  • DoD-issued Secret Security Clearance is required at start;
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is essential;                                                                                                                                                                                           
  • Expertise in process mapping, value stream mapping (VSM), business process reengineering (BPR), and dependency mapping is required;
  • Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is required;
  • Ability to map clearance processes, visitor access, credentialing, and physical security workflows is required;
  • Strong interpersonal and engagement skills is essential for this role;
  • Strong analytical and communication skills is required; Must have the ability to work independently while managing multiple competing priorities is a must;
  • Experience developing enterprise workflows supporting integrated logistics operations, and an understanding of logistics system dependencies such as DPAS, GFE processes, and GCSS-Army is required;
  • Experience working within government logistics environments, including conducting policy and regulation reviews to ensure alignment with DoD and Army logistical requirements;
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or experience applying continuous improvement methodologies is preferred;
  • Experience creating and optimizing enterprise system workflows is preferred;
  • Experience reviewing, interpreting, and applying policies and regulations is preferred;
  • Familiarity with Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) concepts or tools such as Cameo to support structured process development is preferred.
