Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Facilities, Safety and Quality Program Integrator to support the Aviation & Missile Center (AvMC), providing dual‑hatted support to both the G-4 Facilities, Safety, and Quality team and the G-6 Business and Digital Transformation initiative. This matrixed role requires a professional who can integrate in coordinating facility operations, environmental/safety compliance, and quality-assurance activities across several organizations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professional capabilities integrating cross-functional processes, ensuring regulatory alignment, and driving enterprise-level improvements in support of mission readiness.

Responsibilities
  • Serves as a central integrator for G-4 Facilities, Safety, and Quality team, driving alignment and operational effectiveness across multiple functional areas;
  • Works closely with the team, aligning and standardizing policies, standards, and regulations while translating strategic objectives into clear, well documented processes;
  • Supports the G‑6 transformation team by helping streamline enterprise processes, data structures, and system workflows;
  • Possesses a strong foundation in DoD facilities management, safety program execution, and quality management systems; Combines exceptional process integration skills and communicates effectively with leadership, staff, and mission partners;
  • Helps optimize operational effectiveness, strengthens compliance posture, and enhances the safety, quality, and reliability of facility operations;
  • Supports modernization of facility operations by improving work order management, physical infrastructure planning, and sustainment workflows;
  • Ensures organizational compliance with applicable DoD, Army, OSHA, and federal safety regulations while coordinating safety programs, inspections, hazard mitigation activities, and corrective action tracking.
  • Contributes to quality management initiatives by enhancing audit readiness, standardizing processes, and strengthening corrective action systems;
  • Facilitates collaboration across directorates and diverse stakeholder groups, translating leadership intent into actionable guidance, workflows, and communication products, and preparing clear, comprehensive briefings, reports, and documentation for leadership, audits, and inspection activities.

​​​​​Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience is required;
  • DoD-issued Secret Security Clearance is required at start;
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is essential;
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable DoD and Army facilities, safety and quality policies and regulations is strongly required;
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple competing priorities is required;
  • Expertise in process mapping, value stream mapping (VSM), business process reengineering (BPR), and dependency mapping is required;
  • Strong facilitation skills for leading cross functional planning, workflow refinement, and process integration sessions is required;
  • Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across facilities, safety, and quality programs is required;
  • Strong subject matter expert (SME) engagement, including requirements gathering, process validation, and cross functional alignment is required;
  • Experience working in a government staff environment, supporting headquarters‑level coordination is preferred;
  • Background in policy and regulation review, interpretation, and implementation (e.g., ISO/AS Standards, OSHA, DoD 6055 series, AR 420‑1) is preferred;
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or experience applying continuous improvement methodologies is preferred;
  • Experience creating enterprise‑level workflows supporting facility operations, safety programs, and quality management systems is preferred;
  • Background in industrial hygiene, quality assurance, safety compliance, or related occupational safety fields is preferred;
  • Familiarity with Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) concepts or tools such as Cameo to support structured process development is preferred.
